2.) Pinecrest Village which is a 158 hectare property situated in Mintal, Davao City conservatively valued at P6.0 Billion.

3.) Corinthian Plain which is a 49.9 hectare property situated at Quimpo Avenue, Matina, Davao City conservatively valued at P 2.7 Billion.
